i am disabled to download, how do i fix my ratio?

so i have download some files from here, and forgotten about it for a long time
my account was disabled, and now re-enabled, so my upload and download has been reset
now, i have 5gb of upload from personal files, feel free to check out on mine, and from free leech, so i don't know how to fix my ratio at this point cuz i can't download anything that will contribute to my download, so i do fix this? any help or tips?

How to fix ratio:
First @ your profile/Download Buffer: (The Amount of Bytes you can download before Reaching your current minimum Ratio)
indicates the field requiring the amount needed for your distribution ...

a 500 mb + upload = (+) 1 only ...
Seed downloads ... the system is registering you as a seeder 0.5 points. You receive for every hour [SBP] ...FOCUS on Freeleech : [sort by size: etc ...]

[However freeleechn is limited if your ratio is too low/only one per torrent is allowed]
[you can skip other content that you do not like] known as partial seeding ...

Keep in mind that Freeleech will trigger your ratio at the end of 1hr period remaining time ...
