I actually haven't used a torrent program in
years, and I've never used one one a phone. Can anyone recommend the best program for me to use?

I recommend Flud, it's very minimalistic and has a clean interface, very easy to use and has all the features one would expect from a mobile torrent app, it's fully compatible with magnet links.
