downloading problems

i can't download files for some reason. any help please? it doesn't start the downloading when it's in torrent.

There are many reason why you can't download:

if your ratio falls below minimum you need to fix [however Freeleech is optional] ...
non-seeder or dead torrent [ask for re-seed] ...
do a force-start/start if you have multiple queued
or stop and remove the torrent and re-download here ...
Port Forward:
on your client/Toolbar: click on Options/Setup Guide
select your nearest location and do a Run tests ...
on your client/Toolbar: click on Preferences/Connection -
select range from ...
[6681-6889] default or select Random port ...
