@Reo28 You need to have a torrent client, like µTorrent, qBittorrent, or BitComet, etc. I'm sure there are some on Android cos I know you can torrent on tablets. Get the client app first, then open the .torrent file with it, you can then download and share.
Be careful with ratio and rules. Go read up! Good luck.

@Reo28 There are a few apps on Android that support Torrent downloads - you want to make sure that you're using a 'local' service (one that runs on the phone) rather than a 'remote' service (which is designed to control a server doing the work elsewhere).
Transmission is a good place to start, as this is a reliable open-source app with no annoying ads or other monetisation.
You could download one from the Play Store like "Transmission BTC" (BTC stands for BitTorrent Client, nothing to do with crypto), set the preferred download folder on your phone to somewhere you can access easily (like Downloads) and use it to open the .torrent file you got from the site. The file will appear in the in-progress area on the app and you can monitor it there. If you want to keep your GT profile in good standing, try to keep it active until you've contributed roughly as much data as you've downloaded.
One thing to bear in mind is that while this will work on your phone, torrenting may continue in the background and may be demanding on your phone in terms of battery life or data usage. If you need to do it on your phone, better to do it while connected to WiFi, for example overnight while on charge.

@Reo28 Since you're just getting started, here's a few things to know:
1 - Everything you download here will be in torrent format, meaning you need a torrent client to open them. Once you install a client (Flud, Transmission, utorrent, etc) you can open the torrent files, and you will be prompted as to which files you want to download, you can download the whole thing or select just a few files (some torrents have copious amounts of files).
2 - When you start a download it might take a while to actually start, that completely normal, and some files might take a long time to download even if they're not that large.
3 - Every torrent file you download here is bound to your account, you can't share those files with anyone or that will harm your right to download in the site. (After you have completed the download and have the video files you are free to share them directly with whoever you like.)
4 - For every amount of bytes you download, you need to upload the same amount. The best way to do that is: keep your torrent client running after you have finished download everything so that other people are able to download from you (just like you downloaded the files from someone else).
5 - If you fail to keep a balanced download/upload ratio your download rights will be taken and you'll have a hard time trying to fix that.
6 - If you account is brand new and you're just getting started, avoid downloading anything you don't actually plan to keep and don't download large torrents.
7 - In the search page there's a "freeleech" checkbox that will display torrents that are free to leech. That means you can download anything from that list without having to worry about uploading it back.
