Newbie bear guy need help

Hi guys! I need your help !
I don't know use correctly torrent files.
I could only upload two torrent files, after tried to a lot of times.
I using uTorrent for Mac, I going to describe the process and If you could tell me where are my mistakes:
-> Create New Torrent File
-> Select .mp4 file
-> add http://tracker.gaytorrent.ru:2710/announce
-> Unchecked "Start Immediately"

Then, I go to the website gaytorrent.ru, Upload file, Complete the torrent data and upload the .torrent. Click on Do It!
The torrent file is accepted.
After it, I download the torrent file that the website give to me.

Them, I start seeding and add the .torret to uTorrnet.
Only two times it works, the other attempts failed.
