QTM Pull Down Menu doesn't work

Re: I use Windows 10. I managed to upload on file via QTM. Now I am unable to do so. When I try creating a Torrent the Category pull down menu doesn't work. I uninstalled the program t2wqice and every time I do so I reboot my computer to clear the cache but still "category" does not work. Any suggestions? Thanks you.

I use QTM way back since my previous post works, then comes a time that the category option failed to load or no option to choice from... So I decided to use manual upload here:

make sure to : Enter the tracker URL as: http://tracker.gaytorrent.ru:2710/announce
Unselect the option to start immediate seeding after the torrent creation.
Select that it is a Private Torrent Tracker !!!
SEEDING A TORRENT : GETTING THE .TORRENT FILE: You have to re-download the small .torrent file, not the data file(s) (typically the movie file)! The re-downloaded .torrent file will have your personal secret passkey inserted, that allows to identify you to the tracker. Do not use the .torrent file you created in Step 2 - It won't work!
