Hi @bluered35 ! Seeding is sharing what you downloaded, with others that also want the files, and you do that by leaving it running even after you finish downloading.
You improve your ratio by letting your downloads continue to seed (or share). If you give more data than you take, then it is very good for your ratio.
If you still need help with your ratio even after you keep seeding, you may be able to improve your ratio by downloading a current Free Leech torrent and leave that running to seed with others. Downloading this will not hurt your ratio, and seeding will help your ratio.
