Hey, does anyone know if its common while if you are uploading and browsing the web at the same time that your browsing experience is slow?
Is it because the computers internal NIC(Network Interface Card) can't handle data coming in and out at the same time? If that's the reason, do anyone know of a fix for this? I already have the network card setting set to multiplex mode in the device manager settings too.

Had to set upload and download limits in uTorrent, because some torrents can be very popular and/or some peers may have much higher bandwidth available and they will take what is available.

It can get sluggish if some bandwidth is not reserved for anything else like your regular browser, the television, other devices, visitors, etc.

Sometimes clearing browser history cache is important, this will eliminate old stored data from your PC and improve browsing performance…
          https://www.digitaltrends.com/computing/how-to-clear-your-browser-cache/

Reducing amount of bandwidth download/upload speed as bc22 mentioned are also very helpful…
This will reduce amount of CPU being used...

Also clearing DNS cache is also important...
example: DNS server overload in the case of a high number of visitors. Error messages like “DNS Server Not Responding” are a common and despised consequence.

Some helpful link I included below [related to browsing behavior]…
