新做的种子，上传界面显示有几个用户，但是上传速度非常慢，几k到几十k。这种情况是正常的吗？还是说对面下载速度比较慢？
我也遇到过这个问题，我也不知道原因，不过Free的种子和自己发布的种子上传速度都还挺快的。
