Sorry I miss the full meaning of your question before.
To be honest I don't care about the amount of cum used. The size of the "dildo" isn't important.
I saw the movie with the turkey filler and also the one with the jar labeled "dog cum" (in that case cum was partially melted) and they didn't excite me at all so I can tell that the amount used is not important to me.
I simply like the idea of freeze and use cum, whatever the use.
