I currently don't have any torrents in my que at all but when I try to add a new torrent file to utorrent for downloading I keep receiving this message…

Bad Ratio: Ratio:10.509 (To many Torrents.. Your current limit is 15 at the same time. See Rules / To fix limits you could Donate)

Again I don't currently have any torrents that I am seeding or leeching but I continue receiving this message when I try to add a torrent file and I don't know what to do it's been happening more than 24 hours. Please Help.

I'm having the same issue. In my case I think it has to do with torrents that get removed from the site. If they get removed before ever finishing, they seem to continue to take up slots.

Click on your own name on this site to see how many Torrents this site thinks you're downloading.
You may have a bunch of incomplete torrents that this site will consider active downloads; I currently have two.
If that's what's happening then click on the button for active downloads to know the names of the problem files - delete them from your Torrent server and you'll be good to go.

Thanks but the solution you suggested did not work I had already removed the torrents.
