      Hey guys,

      I've noticed, and it's not recent, that when the torrent is uploading normally and the tracker is about to be "refreshed", but it gets down, the amount of data uploaded is not added to the total uploaded bytes. So, the ratio remains still.
      Sorry for the foreigner English, but I think you can understand it fair enough.
