HIV free healthcare and medications

Hello everyone,
I got HIV in 2012 and, since then, I get all my medicines, psychologic care, dental care, etc. All of them absolutely free!
I mean, I'm pretty much assisted by all types of professionals. This lead me to an undetectable amount of viruses in blood exams. It's been three years I have no virus free in my bloodstream.I would like to ask you, HIV positive members of this group, if in your countries you have this full support offered by the government or if you have to buy medications by your own.

I don’t have HIV, but I know a bit about social and health insurance.
In European Union, all people that have jobs or are looking for one have standard health insurance and all people, regardless of their job status, have basic health insurance. This covers basically all HIV treatment expenses. In some countries, patient contribution is required, but it’s usually very small. Nobody is left to die.
In countries like Belgium and France the patient must cover all treatment expenses by himself / herself and only must apply for expense recovery after that. HIV is covered for everyone.
On the other hand, in my region there is not a single private health insurance company that covers treatment and / or detection of STDs, including HIV. Therefore, free treatment and / or detection of STDs and HIV takes place in state sponsored health institutions only.

Thanks or the elucidation regarding to Europe countries. Here, selling and buying HIV medication is forbidden by law. Those substances are monopoly of the State, and only it can provide them to the patients.
The problem is, since the new president was elected, his government policies are destroying a lot of population's achievements, especially in health issues.
I'm a little scared to lose my benefits and have to pay for the treatment. In Brazil, only a few percent of the population has some kind of health insurance, mostly business health plans, which are quite basic.
Well, I hope the world stands against any changes on this policy, once it's known as one of the best in the world! -
In Canada, each province has its own public healthcare system and its own program to subsidize drug costs.
HIV treatment can be 100% covered or partially covered by the government, depending on the province. Provinces that do not offer full coverage to everyone usually ask for a patient contribution that is based on income. Also, if the person has supplemental health insurance (generally provided through employment benefits), some provinces may ask the private insurance company to pay for the treatment costs first, if they don't, then the government pays for it.
We also have public sexual health clinics and mental health clinics. PrEP is fully covered by some provinces and I believe PEP is covered almost everywhere.
