A connection with the server could not be established

I haven't run my uTorrent 2.2.1 client in a month or two, and now when I try to download or seed torrents from here I get the error message: "A connection with the server could not be established". All my other torrents from other sites are seeding/downloading with no problem, so I know I am connectable. I'm also seeding torrents from here on another seedbox, as I have for well over a year or more. Can't figure out why I'm unable to connect/download/seed from my uTorrent client on my desktop. Can someone point me in the right direction, please?

If I had taken a moment longer to mess around with the possibilities, I would have found a work around. What I did was replace the Announce Url (that had an .ru extension) in the properties of the torrent with the one on my User Details page here (that has a .tw extension), and now the torrents are seeding/downloading. Still don't quite understand what went wrong, but at least now it's working.
