      Hi all,

First off, I used to have a profile here but I had to create a new one.

Than, second, I know what it means to have a fair/good ratio. I used to have a ratio of 2,.. at another site like this and for sure mine used to be good on this site as well. But somehow my profile got deleted? I guess due to a spring cleaning?  :cool2:

Anyway, I downloaded a couple of files (when I was drunk, sorry) - but after they were downloaded (which went very fast, thank you seeders) - I noticed that one of the torrents was already more than 37 gig!

So when I logged back in the next day (sober  ;D) - I see this very strong message about seeding my downloads and that I will lose my account if I do not comply.

Well, sorry. I find that a bit unrealistic. And it would have been nice to have had some kind of warning before downloading. Not a general one, but one for specifically the bigger files. And also about the limited time you have to un-do any mistakes about this.

This said, I am have trying to get seeding since yesterday. But somehow I only get one file to seed (the big one). I use Vuze for the very first time (I normally always use Utorrent) - so maybe I am doing something wrong? I just tried to forcibly seed, does that help?

Just to clarify, before you put the files into the "force seeding" option what did they say?

"seeding" and still no uploaded amount:
This could be a simple matter of no peers connected to download. Unfortunately the only fix for this will be trying to get people to download the file.

          Other:
Can you please specify. ie. what it says or any other useful info

          Thx

This could also be a sign of improper port forwarding settings on your network. See, you need to make sure that the port that your torrent client uses is forwarded in your router to your computer, both in TCP and UDP. This is a rather critical step to ensure that you can properly receive incoming connections. While you may be able to still seed on some trackers, even as a passive node, this is something that is very difficult to do with our system.

So… You need to make sure that the proper port forwarding settings are in place.
