Warned account…please help

First sorry if this is not the correct sub-forum, but I didn't see any particular forum that this topic matched. Last week my account was put into a "warned" state and as soon as I noticed it, I replied to the message. The message was from Joker, but I haven't heard anything. I created a help desk ticket, but haven't heard anything regarding that either. The "warned" state was in regards to a charge back, which I explained in my help desk and reply to Joker was due to a failed transaction on quickserve causing an actual hold and later charge to my account. What do I need to do or whom do I need to message in order to resolve this issue.
