UK - Proposed £10 "access card" to watch adult material online

Typical.
Rather than making parents responsible for raising their kids, everyone has to suffer.
It's already a legal requirement that all UK ISPs provide free parental controls as part of providing internet. I'm with SKY and every 3 months I get my settings put to the most strict setting and have to change it to allow 18+ content.

Very stupid system. How many pornhub Unblocked services will spring in the 1st week of the block starting? VPNs are going to make so much money.

UK Twitter users are getting "promotional" tweets reminding us that this comes in at the beginning of April by the company doing the backend of the system.

This just won't happen. It's just unworkable. This policy will keep getting postponed in the hopes that everyone will forget it was ever mentioned to it can be dropped
