When reporting a duplicate it important to understand which torrent is actually the original and the duplicate.  If you look at the example and the Added date it first appears that they are reported correctly, but however they are not.    One misunderstanding I believe is in the date, the system uses Year-Month-Day  Time Format.  The other is not realizing when torrents are promoted (recycled) the date in the “added date” gets moved into the description as  "Original upload: xx-xx-xx ".  Then the new date added get set to when it was promoted.
So now they have been reported incorrectly, the one reported as the duplicate is actually the Original.
Incorrect reports just get   “deleted”,  no way to fix the incorrect report.

DUPLICATE files are not allowed and will be removed. You are expected to run a search for duplicates prior to submitting a torrent. Duplicates may be accepted when part of a themed collection. A file is considered a duplicate if an existing torrent has the same format and similar size (<10% difference) and has at least one seeder.

I hope I haven't fallen into this trap as I do try to check when reporting duplicates (50 points!). If something sounds familiar I search my DLs and if i get a hit then I search GT.ru and I verify size and file type. I will report a duplicate if the only difference is a few pictures (screencaps and/or box cover) but the video is the same, but not if one includes a full photoset and the other does not.

I try not to ever delete a TorrrentHash even if I've moved the file (I move old hashes to another folder) so that I can search on anything I've ever downloaded.

<10% is the same at 90% similar.

It's okay to upload the same vid in different qualities/resolutions though, right?

As Long as it is either different format and/or < 10% difference in size.

Is there anyway to track current pending duplicate reports? (i.e. to see a list of the duplicate reports you've made that haven't been looked at yet)?

So far I've only made two reports (and havent heard back from either).
