      Hi family,

      Please watch this 70-minute video to save yourself countless hours in the future.
      Don't watch 3 minutes and write it off!  If you must, bookmark it for later.
      This is "progress, not perfection" and I watched this over a year ago.
      I slowly and continually try to implement this into my daily life.
      Sometimes I do better; sometimes I do worse.
      WITHOUT QUESTION, having watched this entire video has saved me countless hours and improved my efficiency.
      I just watched it again and will seek to continue to implement these wonderful suggestions.
