Identify a co star of Kip Noll or this William Higgins movie please

I've been reading thru a guy's blog and he refers to a friend (who sadly died of AIDS already) who had five porn movies and one of them was him going down on Kip Noll. He didn't do any anal. Actually the full description is:

What's this movie? It doesn't say that Kip Noll was the wandering west Hollywood boy.
