What is that supposed to prove? that sample license was issued in 2009.. years before the voter motor law went into effect.
You wound up proving the opposite of what you intended. You might also take a look at the uncropped license on top.. which doesn't have the words "Federal Limits Apply".

The bottom picture is a drivers license given to illegal immigrants and does not give a person the right to register to vote due to the "Federal Limits Apply" label on the license. People who are given those licenses are not automatically registered to vote and cannot register even if they wanted to.

The bottom license does indeed prevent an illegal immigrant from voting.. but.. that license was issued in 2009.. the motor voter law was not enacted until 2013.. making the first election that 11 million illegals could vote - the 2016 election! Care to weigh-in Polar Bear? Maybe you can enlighten us as to how we are wrong? When the Judicial Watch lawsuit makes head-streams, as it already has begun to do, what then? Will you deny the evidence that has already been brought forth to the people? Illegals in California in particular, ARE allowed to vote. They can just come on over illegally and cast their vote. You're ok with that though, no surprise, because they voted against Trump. Why would they vote FOR him? You just don't have the American people in this country backing you, and that's reality. You don't want to accept it, but it's ok! It's OK, man. You don't have to believe in law and order, you can just go out to the jungle or the desert and kick on some pricks, all alone. You live here in this society, where we have laws, and we just want them to stop hopping over the fence so we know they don't have criminal records.
