Irish Cream (alcohol)
-
There are many variations of Irish Cream – a smooth and rich whiskey beverage. One famous one is Baileys Irish Cream (see hxxp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baileys_Irish_Cream for more information). Generally, manufacturers charge a premium price for this.
Here is a great inexpensive recipe to share with company -- you can get an entire household drunk in short order without spending much money! Seriously -- I KNOW!
| 28 oz. = 1¾ pint = 1½ cups | Whiskey – inexpensive (seriously) |
| 28 oz. = 1¾ pint = 1½ cups | Half & half |
| 14 oz. | can sweetened condensed milk |
| 3½ Tablespoon | Hershey chocolate syrup |
| 3½ Tablespoon | vanilla extract |
| ¼ teaspoon | coconut extract |Mix all and chill. Yield is about 72 fluid oz. (2¼ quart). Serve chilled with or without rocks.
ENJOY!

Hi family,
Someone asked me, via a private message here, a question that I will share… They suggested/asked that since "sweetened condensed milk" is so very thick, was there was any required whipping or electric mixer needs. The simple answer is NO. I agree that a can of sweetened condensed milk is rich (and yummy -- try this in your coffee if you use cream for a change-up). But this recipe is so simple. The whiskey and half and half is thin enough to make ALL the ingredients stir together with just a fork or spoon.
I love simple recipes and this certainly qualifies. Make this and get yourself and your friends drunk.
Seriously, this is a great party accoutrement towards your food spread. Yessir.
