Sing. Pretty boy gorilla, no gay theatre people?

Fun enough animated movie, with lots of great song sequences but not much real story. Yes Taron Egerton voices the pretty boy gorilla, who is admittedly attractive cuz of his voice and cuteness. Strange but it was funny that the Matthew Mccouneghy (spelling) in animated form still gets shirtless.
The iguana is voiced by a man, the writer and director.
I think the frogs were gay, maybe? There's no obvious gay singing theatre stereotype performer. Or did I miss it?
