Fat people going to the Gym

im a fat person and i go to the gym…well infrequently but im trying to make it a habit these days

that's the hardest part. they say anything after a couple weeks? maybe 30 days? keep it up!

I smile at overweight people at the gym because they're not only brave but are also actively taking control of their lives. We shouldn't judge people for deciding to make positive life decisions, and a gym shouldn't be a place for haughty judgmental people anyways. People who make other people feel uncomfortable at a gym (which is usually a public or semi-public place anyway) should sit their asses down and shut up.
