its from a website called IRBFS.com . The front page shows the video but its a pay site so I couldnt get anything else

I don't think it's a real movie. That site has several images that are fake or taken out of context. The best I could find was that the pic shows up on Russian social media with funny captions about the guy is about to have to suck all their dicks - which makes me think it's not from an actual video or there wouldn't be a joke.
