Saw it.  I'm not really into Eddie Redmayne but Colin Farrel is more fit in here.  I didn't know Ezra Miller was in the movie as well but I'm really not into him, haha.  There were two brother who were both pretty hot (sons of the Midnight Cowboy) but they're not integral.

Nothing really sexual in the movie… unless you can interpret Farrell's character being so hands on over Ezra Miller.  I can totally see it being written in a sexy, slash fanfic sort of way, haha.  Except I'm not into Ezra, meh.

They showed a guy in the shower from the top but it's not very sexy at all, haha.

As for the movie itself, it's an adult fairy tale with an adult setting, a slight adult metaphor with discrimination that could be taken as gay (but might not) but Rowling suddenly went for a super simple romance in here.  Not very realistic but very cure, haha.  One of my favorite parts, not the second one though.

On the magic, it's actually got more magical action that Doctor Strange to me, and more than a regular Potter movie too.  I guess American wizards are more free.  Loved it.  Great variety of magical beasts but I'm annoyed that I can't get everything Eddie mumbles about.  Familiar spells are used, which is awesome for Potter fans

A slight downside for me is Newt is so capable and awesome with creatures that it takes away from Hagrid.  To be fair, Hagrid wasn't a very good caretaker for magical creatures anyhow, haha.

Loved the effects for the monsters, even biggest one.  The music was very manipulative but admittedly very good too.  Hated the guest star.

:true: even Harry, Hermione and Ron didn't take any advance class under Hagrid towards their N.E.W.T.

I saw it two days ago and I felt since the beginning that Credence (the character of Ezra Miller) wasn't only a lonely boy but also gay, and yes, that has a lot to do with his relationship with Graves (the character of Colin Farrell). He was so fragile, sweet and tender.

! I almost cry when the end came bc I thought it was completely unfair what they did to him (both the wizards of MACUSA and Graves).

And, as you clearly imply, what did I do after seeing it? I started to read some fanfics involving Credence and Newt. They are a nice couple.  :hug2:

I'm more into Graves manipulating Credence into deviant stuff, hehe
