My ratio. No matter what I do I keep getting screwed

So I have over 150 torrents still sitting in there seeding on my laptop for nearly 24 hours a day some days yet I couldnt get 2GB seeded to bring my ratio back up to 7.00? (I am currently on 6.98 and gave bonus of 2.5G back) Now Its telling me my download rights have been taken! So I thought oh I'm going to have to donate 2GB worth then like usual.
I go to donate 2GB worth and now its telling me I need to upload 36GB to get my rights back! its saying im in the <800 category when im on 700.9!? It also says I have downloaded a file in the last 24 hours and that is rubbish, I havent been home.
I have been a member for years and get treated like this, someone please PM me about this and explain this and help me out. Im not donating that amount and im not deliberately ignoring the rules. I should only have to seed 2GB to get my download rights back up to 7.00 in my category.

It looks there are two different internet accesses used by your account. This can be your intended use, e.g. seedbox and home computer OR it can be parasite downloads through a leaked passkey.
Regarding your low upload, I'll try to help you there, because visibly to try to seed many for long.

I use a VPN because I try to protect my privacy. Could that be it? I would really appreciate some advice on how to maximise my seeds and keeping my ratio at a good point. PM might be better than reply in here.

Well, you could earn yourself a few quick bonus pints by using the Category vote on what you have downloaded.

_**Agree, but isn't it you also can vote on what you have uploaded (for you have to download again what you have newly uploaded in order for the seedings to work)

Thanks guys! I had no idea about that trick to get bonus points. Wish I knew about it sooner. and yeah so now im back to the ratio of 7.01 but cause im on 700.09 Im in that <800 category and need to donate or seed 36GB!

Well hopefully everyone has their bonus PINTS and points.
And eastonkellan is quite correct, you can vote on your own uploads.
So make sure you have lest a vote by checking 'Show torrents not yet voted'.
Next tip. Check out your lists of torrents, uploaded, downloaded. See if any of them have leechers and if you still have the file, start seeding again. If you have got the torrent file, grab it again and start seeding as normal except you save it to the exact place where the file is.
I don't have access to your details but it does seem you are going the right way. How about stopping/pausing all downloads for a period and seeing what happens. Keep all or as many seeds going as you can. And dont worry most of the stuff will still be there

Can a nice mod please bump me back to under DL to under 7.00 to get my download rights back? I honestly cant seed 36GB unless I left my computer running for weeks and Ive donated a lot in the past and was going to donate again to get my ratio up but its in the <800 category now.

Moderators can't reduce the download amount. That would not help much either, because each not freeleech download will increase it again.
You underestimate your ability to upload data. Hang on!
