Six packs….
-
any advice, routines, workouts, anything really that could help a dude get a six pack???
Also how to not get a hard on while at the gym when a guy shows his six pack XD -
There are a number of ways of gaining a six pack but the place to start is to ensure that you have as low a level of body fat as possible. You could end up doing a whole lot of work on a six pack which might not show if you have an unintenitonal leayer of fat.
-
Right,to have six-packs abs, 80% from the kitchen and 20% from the gym.
-
eat right, exercises a lot. bunch of information about this on net. :crazy2:
-
Why torture yourself when nothing beats a soft bloated roid gut. It'd be better for you, and everyone else, to concentrate on other muscle groups.
-
Abs are made in the kitchen. You need to lower your body fat percentage down for it to show.
-
The advice already given is correct.
In order to develop your six pack you do exercises like crunches and the like
but
In order to show your six pack you have to lower your overall body fat.

Oh I love muscle bears. Thanks for the pics..

-
is we need to burn fat before doing thw workout?
-
dont eat any fat after 7 pm
-
consistent work out, even sit ups of push ups every morning upon waking up
-
just do all the different kinds of planks instead of sit ups or crunches. It's better and safer for your back in case you do something wrong.

Anyone is using Sit-Ups [ [url=https://www.runtastic.com/en/apps]https://www.runtastic.com/en/apps ] as a trainer/tracker/motivator ???
Had massive results with that
:surprise:My routine:
-
Knee tucking 20-15 reps
-
Side plank hold 30 mins
-
Pure plank hold 30 mins
-
Simple crunches and side crunches with the app
-
-
really agree with most ppl here, although exercises do help them grow, but the classic "six pack" is really the result of a low enough level of body fat %, which is made in the kitchen (and cardio haha)
-
Yes, 6 packs are made in the kitchen.
I do 60 crunches, 40 side crunches in addition to other exercises everyday.
The 6 packs are still hidden inside as you can see from my pic. However, if I want to show them, I simply go on strict diet for a week or so and they'll pop out. But then I'll lose a lot of body mass so I'll put back the mass for the softer smoother rounder look.

Cut out extra fat, get some more cardio in.
-
make a routine both the healthier kitchen and the exercises do not rest assured that you kade it one day it wont matter for the next

Complicated subject - while it is true that ''abs come from the kitchen'', some people - especially those who have been overweight in the past might never be able to have abs like some of the porn stars. The fat cells in your body can grow and shrink, they can also split themselves - but they don't disappear / die off - in extreme cases, unfortunately, liposuction may be necessary - now keep in mind that is only for those who have been very overweight.
Everybody has abs and with a low enough of a fat percentage - abs do get visible.
Now with exercise and proper form - especially ''core exercises'' would develop your abs and make them look larger / more defined - but please do keep in mind that this is exactly why PROPER FORM during exercising is important - lots of people end up having asymmetrical abs.
Take care and don't worry about it that much - abs are nice to look at - but a bit of a tummy is always nice to touch
