        We do NOT "throttle" download speeds here… at all.

        You should really be writing the helpdesk for issues and questions of this sort.  https://www.gaytorrent.ru/helpdesk.php

        But… since you posted this in the public forum, here is your personalized answer and explanation... in public:

        At the moment you are in the "Grace Period" countdown to losing your download rights again.

        You have 11 days before you totally lose your download rights again.

        During the "Grace Period", (which is normally triggered right after your ratio drops below the minimum), you are still able to download freeleech AND non-freeleech torrents, but only 2 per 24 hour period.

        If your ratio continues to decline, then AFTER the Grace Period expires (and download privileges are removed,) the 2 download limit per 24 hour period remains (as in the grace period,) but downloading is ONLY permitted for freeleech torrents.

        FreeLeech Torrents are explained in greater detail {click here}, and can help you restore your ratio, when members download what YOU are later seeding.

        A search for FreeLeech Torrents is achieved with THIS search:
        {click here}

        There are currently around 75 FreeLeech torrents available.

        Please feel free to write the helpdesk, in the future.

            Comcast has been throttling in the states and if I can find the article people were listing internet providers overseas that were/are doing the same thing. It seems to be during High Traffic Hours.

                I would like to add two things

                1. When your download rights are taken, you can still download freeleech torrents as mentioned, however you will only be able to download them one at a time…. Just an added side-note.

                2. Comcast is among the many providers that own an oligopoly[nb]It's like a monopoly, only legal. For a video explanation, see this YouTube video I uploaded. If this still does not define an oligopoly, see this Wiki page.[/nb] has a tendency to throttle their customers to no end when they detect any sort of P2P traffic, or if under the DMCA, they receive an allegation that you may be involved in copyright infringement for illegal downloading. That's right… Legally, in the United States, your ISP can throttle your entire connection to shit, on just a suspicion of infringement, without any actual verification of said activity. This process is shady to say the least as in all fairness, you pay for the connection to be so fast, and therefore it should be that fast regardless of what you choose to do with it. There is a solution for this however. You can make use of a VPN service such as PureVPN, Private Internet Access, or Hide My Ass. Simply put, a VPN will tunnel all your internet traffic through a tunnel to your VPN so that your provider cannot actually tell what you're doing, and by the same token, anyone you're connecting to when using the VPN will not have access to or otherwise be able to expose your real IP address with your provider.
