This place seems really cool. I have quite a few vids I'm sure folks here would love to see.
One problem: I'm not exactly sure how I go about "seeding" them. (As you can plainly see, not very familiar with torrents or how they work.)
If anyone can help me out, I'll get to uploading them ASAP!

My advice is that there is no rush to get seeding. Sit a spell, let your saddle cool and have a look round the site. Get a feel for it
Torrents work with people sharing stuff. I hope I'm not going too basic for you. Try downloading to get a feel but be careful you don't go too silly by downloading loads of stuff while not keeping your downloads seeding for other people to grab a share.
When you feel comfortable with all that, we can take you through how to upload. It is really quite easy after your first one

Thanks I want to do my share here. Though I'm wondering, what if some or all of the videos I have are ones that people have already have on here? I do of one that is already on here. Does that mean I don't need to upload it, since it is already here?
Guess I'm very conscientious about making sure I do my part.

If your video is the same format and size then you shouldn't upload it. Before you think of posting anything do a thorough search. If you post a duplicate, it just gets removed and all your work is wasted

We have a policy of "Fair Sharing" here at GT.ru. Simply, this means you give back at least a small portion of what you take. The more you take the larger the required amount to be given back to the site.
