      I am slim but I would love to geta nice six pack. Is it realistic with home training with youtube videos/apps or do I need a studio membership?

      Also I have seen that most of the people wanting to improve their muscles follow special diets or event take supplements. Is it really necessary? How much does it help?

        Getting a defined six pack is all about losing bodyfat, it's really hard.
