Ratio Not Increasing

Is it just me or is the ratio not being effected by seeding anymore. It used to be that it increased the longer you seeded right??

You get 0.5 seed point for seeding any/all torrents. However all the torrents you are seeding have many seeders and few or zero leechers. Click on your username and the go look at your seeding. So you won't see much upload from those that have many seeders and few leecher. More supply than demand.

Also, another thing to take note of is that according to the tracker, you are listed as not being connectable. This is a matter of port forwarding rules not being properly setup in your router. When there are leechers downloading any of the torrents that you are seeding, being connectable will help your chances and abilities to actually upload content.
