Rick Roll REVENGE

Greetings Earthlings,
So long story made short, my room mate has really pissed me off, so I'm taking my time to plot some sweet, sweet revenge. For example, I'm in the process of scripting an original Rick Roll page because I can't seem to find an original one since YouTube took the original video down. It's since been re-posted, so I'm gonna have my fun with it.
Soon, every time my room mate tries to login to MY Netflix account, he will be redirected to http://www.tech911solutions.com/rr.html
The problem is that I'm trying to figure out how to get the exit popups like the original pages had where you get the lyrics pop up line by line in little popup dialog boxes. Can anyone help me with getting the basics (such as a basic template) for how to do this? I really want to make sure he has the FULL Rick Roll experience lol

Sorry can't be any help with the technicals BUT maybe instead of rickrolling something a little closer to the truth would be funny, I know if I tried to log into someone's netflix account and got this I'd bow down to their superiority.
