List of problem distributors?
-
Have studios given this site any problems for uploading films they distribute (ie: Universal, Warner Bros, etc)? If so is there a list somewhere I can check before trying to upload? If there is, I haven't found it; I've been looking. I don't want to get this site into trouble.
Thanks.

There used to be a list…but it disappeared.
The section in blue here https://www.gaytorrent.ru/notallowed.php used to list mainstream companies which were banned. I don't know what the policy is now.

Main Stream Studio ban was lifted on July 2, 2014 so the current 'not allowed' list is accurate.

The only question now is content appropriate to GayTorrent.ru guidelines found here> https://www.gaytorrent.ru/rules.php#102
in particular:6. All non-porn material must be LGBTQ themed by its main plot and characters or contain a recurring LGBTQ subplot. Gay-interest, an openly gay actor or minor gay references are insufficient to meet this requirement. Also acceptable are non-porn films involving voyeurism of the adult male physique. Examples of voyeuristic material include bodybuilding, wrestling and underwear/swimwear.
(Expansion of what constitutes LGBTQ is a new update as well (in blue) to expand the GT.ru library for our members)

Thanks mucho for the clarification!

Sorry, LGBTQ theme is not the only criteria to respect. I'd like to recall parts of the Rules page Term of Service concerning uploads:
"… Users may not use this site to distribute any material when they do not have the legal right to do so. It is the responsibility of each user to adhere to these terms. ..."
and
"... We have a policy of terminating, without notice and without recourse, accounts of users who are repeat infringers of site policies, based on our sole judgment of suspicion or notification we may receive. ..."

Good assist; Thanks Popper
