【how to upload a file?】

guys, i wanna up load a file to this site,

i've tried to open the page "https://forum.gaytorrent.ru/upload.php" for more instructions
but only got ERROR 404

resources i have now listed as follows:
file: some videos
download tool: Tixati

can somebody tell me how to make a file into a torrent, and then upload it to our website with right rules?
please use simple language cuz i am not very good at english.

You will need uTorrent as your torrent client.

Before you do anything you will need to find a file that has not already been posted here . And is not on the banned list.

IF Quick Torrent Maker (QTM - see button at top) works for you that is good. It didn't work for me.

I use the manual upload page.

Use uTorrent to create a torrent file from File menu - remember where you save it and put http://tracker.gaytorrent.tw in the tracker field.

Go to the upload page https://www.gaytorrent.ru/doupload.php and follow the steps there, choosing a category, uploading at least one picture, adding some details about your torrent, giving it a title and then the last line adding your torrent file name (the complete path on your hard drive) by using Browse.

When you think you are ready, do it (you will be able to edit your torrent afterwards.

Now the important part that first timers often miss

You must download from the site the torrent you have just posted and open it as you would any other (DO NOT use the original torrent file that you created). Point your torrent client to the exact file you made the torrent from and Open. The client may say it will overwrite the file, it won't. It will start checking the file and if it is the exact file uTorrent will say Seeding. You will have to wait a few minutes and if everything is OK, the Visible no message will disappear from your torrent page and you will be seeding.

I've tried to make that as simple as I can. Once you have done your first one, you will see that it really is simple, just follow a few steps and you are an uploader

now i've installed QTM,
here is a problem: when i try to login in QTM, it seemed failed and reminded me with a line of words "Cookies required. Turn off any cookie Mgmt program" ( i am not so sure what is the word "Mgmt" means.)

ps: i am using goagent(someting like VPN), and the browser i use is based on Chrome core.

how to deal with this issue?

you can run the program as an administrator, also closing and reopening the program sometimes works.

awesome, QTM is woking,

now i need to do two things:

1. i have one file downloaded form our site, now i wanna reseed it. (got the torrent and the file.)
2. one video with higher definition not existed in our site, i wanna be the first seeder.(got the file)

some quetions :
for 1: is QTM only uesful for a new upload, and useless for reseeding? (cuz i went through items in QTM. like Filepath, Category, Pictures, Displayed Name, Description. So i assume it for a new upload) and QTM doesnt have a "start" or "upload" button, which is wired.
for 2: should i make a torrent file first for a new video?

Yes, QTM should be use to UL new content.
The seeding process is automatic, all you have to do is left the file in your torrent client.
there is a "start UL" button in the QTM window, but i believe it gets "lost" if you maximize the window.
The QTM program will create the torrent file for you, then send it to the page, and after that is done all you have to do is go to your profile page, click in your torrents tab, and DL the file you just created.
If you need assistance during this process, it's a good idea to ask for it at the chat, that way you will get guidance "in real time".

If the file is still live but just has no seeders all you have to do is download the same torrent and open it. Point it to the file you downloaded from here and your torrent program will start reseeding
