The link below is to an xtube video where a blindfolded asian man with a tattoo down his chest is being spit on and basically humiliated by other asian men while being penetrated. Has anyone seen this before? If so, can you tell me the title of the film the scene belongs to? Appreciate the help.

The Japanese title is 淫欲の変態人間便器, which reads "In'yoku-no-hentai ningen benki," and which I think I might translate as "Transformed by his lust into a human toilet."
It is sold (supposedly without pixelation-censorship) at this Web site, and seems to have been filmed late in 2009 or in 2010.
