Download rights taken, cant seed
-
hey guys. Am pretty new on the site and i guess many must have come accross this. I have downloaded 3 files so far from here and none of them is actually highly sought after which means no one is actually downloading from me. Hence my ratio has never really gone up. I have downloaded one highly asked file but then just when i had finished and while i was trying to see as much as i can my download rights have been taken down …... ok right .... appparently that file wont even seed so that i could fix my ratio ....
So i am trying to contact someone from here. I am currently trying to upload one of my files but seems to take ages to go past the upload page (and no i cant use the QTM cause i am on a mac).
I am like very much this site much more than many, but please explain me how i am supposed to fix my ratio if you guys are actually stopping me from seeding the couple files i have downloaded so far .... and it seems like the kind of movies i like are not really big hits here (and dont tell me i need to donate bia paypal or bit coin, i guess if everyone is using torrents thats to avoid paying to any studio site)
Thanks a lot.

adding a quick screenshot to show you that my last download wont upload. (plus now not many will download it anymore considering there are 40 seeders for 3 leechers on this torrent)

Most likely, that "Mountain Men" torrent is a torrent for multiple files and you have selected to download only a 471.1 MB movie from it.
Seeder can only be a peer which got all files. Therefore the tracker counts peers having downloaded a part only and seeding it as leecher. This is the same for all trackers I know.
Regarding your trail to upload an own new torrent, that sounds as if you try to upload a big movie file to the site. However, you have to upload only the small .torrent file, which you've created upon with your Vuze/Azureus.
Note as well, that you have to download then after as well only that small .torrent file (not the movie file), which got your personal secrete passkey inserted. When you add that .torrent to your Vuze/Azureus, you have to set the "download" to the folder (directory) where the movie file from which the torrent was created is. Personally I create always back-up copies of the files I want to seed, just in case something goes wrong.
