Website blocked in Gulf

i'm new herei leave in Oman -Gulf
your website is blocked so i use vpn to access your website
when i register i get to know that u save my ip address
so if i close the vpn will back again to local IP
is there is any problem to start download the torrent without vpn connection coz they will banned my account if i use itand in registration i couldn't find Oman in the list so i select Egypt

Who will ban your account if you use the VPN for torrenting? Your VPN provider?

yes they did before when i was download torrent
so i cant download any torrent while i'm using vpn
my Q is , is there is any problem if i use vpn to conncet to website and use normal connection to download and seed the torrents

There is no issue from our side when you do that. However I am not sure if it is a good plan for you NOT to use a VPN to download torrent's files.
You might better look on TorrentFreak about VPN providers respecting privacy and allowing torrent traffic …
