      1 cup Butter
      1 cup Sugar
      1 cup Brown Sugar
      1 tsp Vanilla
      2 eggs
      2 cups Flour
      2.5 cups Oatmeal
      ½ tsp Salt
      1 tsp Baking Powder
      1 tsp Baking Soda

      Mix ingredients together and add:

      12 oz chocolate chips
1 ½ pound Hersey Bar, grated
      1 ½ cups Chopped Pecans

Shape into ½ sized golf ball size.  Bake 400 degrees for 8 minutes.  Refrigerate.  Makes approximately 50.

Any idea why these need to be refrigerated?  And while I'm sure they're delicious, that is a LOT of sugar (between what you add directly and what is in the chocolate!)  🙂

            What can I say. . . I'm a sugar-a-holic. . . and a sugar daddy!

Refrigeration merely hardens the chocolate again –- crunchier chocolate chunks.  Leave unrefrigerated for melted, softer chunks.

            Either way. . . Delicioso!!
