Reseed non-freeleech torrent with bad ratio?

I would like to add a torrent for seeding files that I have on my computer. However, bad ratio is not letting me download the torrent file. What can be done?

You're probably not seeding it correctly. The tracker does not prevent you from downloading the actual *.torrent file.
