      My seedbox has 378 torrents of which only 3 are seeding, can't DL any new torrents.

        I have gone ahead and reset your account for you. I have also gone one step further as to ensure that you shouldn't have this problem again.

        In future, you may get a faster response in the helpdesk with this type of inquiry.
