Tips for seeding please

Hello. So i usually download the top freeleech torrents (either by top # of seeders or by top # or leechers, is this correct? what are the best freeleech torrents to seed?) and leave my client on, but the upload speed seems to always not move. I have a decent ISP (my results on speedtest are 20-30mbps upload) and when a torrent starts to get going, it's usually at a rate of 500kbps-3mbps, but most of the time all the torrents are just not moving. Is this a problem on my end? Or is it just hard to have people leech off me?

One thing you can do (to insure that your computer is easily visible to other members) is to check that the port your torrent client program is using is properly forwarded.
