Troubles with seeding trackers
-
So I just upgraded my internet and can finally seed as much as I used to. But I realized that the seeding trackers seem to be not working very well for me. Some of the torrents have 0KB seeded, some have like 15 GB instead of 80GB. It's always displayed much worse in the site than the amount I actually seeded. I am using the newest version of Bittorrent Client for windows desktop and I can see the trackers there to this site and they are supposed to be updating info, but the ratio is not updated in the site.
Has anyone else experienced such issues? Any easy solutions hopefully without changing the client? Tho previously I was using Bittorrent Web client and the site was still not displaying seeded amount properly

@tempname1234-0 BitTorrent 7.1.1 (the latest version) is quite likely your issue. It has known compatibility issues with our systems. You will need to roll back to a previous version. As an alternative, you can also use uTorrent 2.2.1, which you can find on my personal server here:
https://www.tech911solutions.com/docs/uTorrent-2.2.1.exe
Beware with uTorrent... It is essentially the same thing, down to and including its latest version (3.6.0) suffering the same issues as BitTorrent 7.1.1, so you'll need version 3.5.5 or earlier.

Thank you for the reply. I tried installing your utorrent but since I'm using my TV as a display with 3840x2160 resolution, the UI on that version of utorrent was completely messed up to the point of being unusable. Also, all of my currently seeding torrents didn't transfer over to utorrent.
I couldn't really find an older version of bittorrent to install. So does that mean that I'll just have to deal with these tracker issues? Or are there plans to fix them on your system to be compatible with newer versions of the clients?
