Upload stop Work an Donwload is slow,
this status happens when your disk is almost full experiencing overloaded disk with simultaneous ul/dl so the disk is exhausted ...
due to too many torrent running ...

Your best option is to give time until everything is fully downloaded and your seeding in progress will go back to normal ...

@zullu your computer might not be able to receive incoming connections, either by a port forwarding misconfiguration or a carrier-grade NAT.

Make sure that the port set in your torrent client is correctly set in your router's settings and that it is open and reachable. If the port stays closed despite being configured correctly, then it is a limitation of your ISP's infrastructure.

If you're unable to fix it by your own means, two things you can try are:
1 - contact your ISP's technical support and have them help you with port forwarding.
2 - use a VPN that supports port-forwarding, like Proton VPN.

One big disclaimer if you decide to go the VPN way, you will need to change the port inside your torrent client every single time you reconnect to the VPN, which can be annoying, so my advice is to take it as a last resort solution.
