Is the tracker down for downloads or did I just get my downloads restricted for 5 days?

So I just reported an upload that was uploaded, snatched tech once and the original uploader abandoned the upload and the one who snatched it high tailed it afterwards. It was quite a bit of a space, I'm seeing a lot of recent uploads that are big in size just for the uploaders not to fulfill the seeding requirement and abandon them completely. This is the correct way to report is it not? Requesting a seed only messages one person.
Not sure if you get a warning prior to getting your downloads restricted or you just flat out lose the privilege for 5 days with no prior warning. I'm completely clueless as I had 12 downloading and now 0 are downloading.
If it's the case I'm restricted for the 5 days due to reporting an abandoned upload, I am absolutely not sure if I even want to use the report feature at all. I've only ever used it for abandoned uploads that never received a seed to begin with or like this one.

Forgot to mention, I have 3 uploads that were about to finish and not sure if they're going to be counted as hit and runs due to this.

@Xanthraxxx would you kindly check the tracker tab in your client and see what message it is reporting? the tracker status will most likely tell everything you need to know, if you are restricted, or if you are unable to reach the tracker at all due to technical issues.
You can rest assured that no one has their download/upload privileges taken without notice, if you haven't got a message you most likely are not restricted.
