Unsolved Movie ID (without pics)

Please help me found this movie:
It begins with the characters (dozen of them) arriving in a row at an apartment building/apartment. We see them going up to the apartment from the street, and then we can read their stage names.
I was sure it was Triumvirate / Au natural studio, but I can't find it. Maybe Hammer or Vimpex, but NOT Staxus.
They must be Czech actors. -

Thank you, but this is not. It was not a series, and not medical themed. Just an unique movie.

The problem is that I find it almost impossible to identify without a picture. And I don't know how to start the search.
Actually, it could be any Czech studio.
