Hello, I've uploaded a new torrent 2 days ago an it is still not visible as active. I've searched it and it can not be found on the website. I've written to helpdesk about it but noone replied.

In order to seed you must remain seeding until someone fully downloaded ...
If your torrent is not visible ...

GETTING THE .TORRENT FILE: You have to re-download the small .torrent file, not the data file(s) (typically the movie file)! The re-downloaded .torrent file will have your personal secret passkey inserted, that allows to identify you to the tracker. Do not use the .torrent file you created in Step 2 - It won't work!

I always have that problem. The way I fix it is to download my OWN torrent after it is created, and then manually set it to visible. Then a few hours later, my uploads almost always get deleted because they feature guys under 30 years old.

@Fubuiuy8 As I explained to you in the helpdesk, you need to seed your torrents. Doing this takes a little work, but can be made much easier by doing the following:

              1. If the torrent is in your torrent client, first remove it from your torrent client

              2. Copy or move the folder containing the multiple files for the torrent into the folder that your torrent client downloads into by default

              3. Download the torrent from the torrent page on the site. You can find it in your Details & Stats page under "Show uploaded torrents"

              4. Open the .torrent file from the site with your torrent client. If you have done steps 1 & 2 correctly, your torrent client should check the data and begin to seed the torrent for you.
