I'm having the same problem, everything is fine on my end and can download from any other private trackers, just not this one.

Everything is working well on my end and I'm behind a VPN.
Try downloading some Freeleech torrents and see if those works since they lots of seeders.

Also to note. I've answered a re-seed request and it's been up for the last 10 hours but the other end does not seem to be leeching at all.

Anyone knows what these could be experiencing? 🤒

                @scatslut Same here.
                Nothing uploads, nothing downloads.

Torrents from other sites do work

Count me in (meaning, out) too. What's weird is that I'm part of four different torrent sites, and a very few torrents from each site seem to be working. But most of them appear to be stuck trying to update the tracker. They show zero seeds and zero peers, even on a new freeleech torrent that shows dozens of each on the search site.

FWIW, I'm using uTorrent 3.5.5. I know uT 3.x is a piece of doodoo, but my antivirus software won't let me download an earlier version to replace it.

Yeah, I'm using Qbitorrent v4.4.5. and nothing download (or uploads)
Torrents from, for example, Rarbg work perfectly both ways.

I tried downloading different vids from here, all recent and popular and nothing.

@ your own risk / this is not a recommendation :
If you want to downgrade from earlier version,
simply disable your anti-virus and disable software updates from keeping your client updated ...

@john32123666 Follow-up: I found that my uTorrent had installed version 3.6. By going back to 3.5.5 everything now works fine.

It seems that version 3.6 added a tracker "wss://tracker.btorrent.xyz" to every torrent, which would try to update every 2 minutes. Going back to 3.5.5, this tracker still shows up on every torrent but with a status of "invalid URL."

This might have been the problem--having this weird tracker on every torrent, constantly updated, may have swamped the client. Users of other torrent clients might check to see if they have been automatically update to a newer version with a similar "feature," and if so, consider going back to an earlier version.

                            Same problem

It endlessly tries to connect to trackers. tracker.btorrent.xyz cannot be removed. all torrents are blocked. also a topic on utorrent forums but not solved yet. downloading from magnet link at limetorrent seemed to work, though all separate trackers cannot be updaten.
                            Hope someone finds a solution...

@cinemec This appears to be an issue with the latest version of uTorrent. The only known way to get around this is to downgrade uTorrent to a previous version.

@MrMazda said in Nothing Downloads! HELP!:

downgrade uTorrent to a previous version.

That's what I did, and it now works fine. Version 3.6 added the btorrent.xyz tracker to every active torrent I had, including those from several other torrent sites.

Now that I'm back to using 3.5.5, that tracker still shows up on torrents that were active under 3.6, but it's tagged as "invalid URL." This doesn't seem to cause any problems, but if I see that on a given torrent, I remove it just as a precaution.

I have noticed in the last few days that I'm hardly uploading anything to this site, although just now I snatched a freeleech torrent as a test, and it downloaded fine and is uploading at a low but measurable rate. Maybe the stuff I have just isn't wanted...which is odd, because several guys have said that they like my seed, so to speak 😀

Does anyone know how to downgrade to a previous version? I've downloaded the install file for a previous version, but every time I run it, it's still the current 3.6 version. I even completed wiped it from my system (including settings which set me back with all the downloads I had* and it just automatically update to version 3.6. I didn't even get a chance to tell it not to update.

@jawsbruin After taking a look into some geeky stuff on our end, I see that you are using uTorrent 3.6.0. This is going to be your issue, as it is has known compatibility issues with our site. The only known fix for this is to roll back to uTorrent Classic 3.5.5 or earlier. FWIW: QTM is written to work with uTorrent 2.2.1, which I use and support.

You can find uTorrent 3.5.5 here:
                                        https://www.utorrent.com/downloads/complete/track/stable/os/win/

If you're looking for the older 2.2.1, which QTM supports, you can find a download link from my server here:
                                        https://www.tech911solutions.com/docs/uTorrent-2.2.1.exe
