Using Utorrent, I completely downloaded all 212 Gigs of https://www.gaytor.rent/details.php?id=a445d0214125a7b90232712fb7b05940b302d67bb4b7076e yesterday but 65 G of it disappears 2 hours later. I woke up this morning and saw that the missing 65 G finished redownloading 3 hours before I woke, but found another 77 G missing 10 minutes later. I haven't redownloaded these missing files yet but it's killing my ratio. Can I get my ratio restored please?

Once a torrent content is successfully completed regardless of client, it will stop from downloading and will automatically start seeding ...
Ratio count against what you downloaded every hour depending on your bandwidth either non-stop or resume [download] ...

212 GB is a huge or massive torrent file in size that will hurt your ratio w/o sharing [if there are no other leechers] ...
you need to keep seeding @least & find a ways to improve your ratio ...
        SEE: https://www.gaytorrent.ru/rationator.php

        EQUIVALENT VALUES: download/upload/[share]
        a 500 mb download = (-) minus 2 or more ...
        a 500 mb + upload = (+) 1 only ...

but 65 G of it disappears 2 hours later. I woke up this morning and saw that the missing 65 G finished redownloading 3 hours before I woke,
but found another 77 G missing 10 minutes later.
I haven't redownloaded these missing files yet but it's killing my ratio.

About this: It is possible only if you use 2 client not syncing while downloading
or not enough disk space w/c is why it repeat itself from downloading ...
It is also possible that you use 2 separate devices during download ...
Or resume from other directory w/c allocates and parse the data ...

Only the site [administrators] who are authorize to expedite, investigate and review this matter ...

Can I get my ratio restored please?
Once you downloaded something it is automatically counted against you ...

I think it's because I downloaded another torrent with the same default folder, and they shared common file names.

@hugmebear said in Torrent not completing properly and damaging my ratio. Help please.:

Yes and has something to do w/ it w/c I mention [resume from other directory w/c allocates and parse the data] ...
BE AWARE on this before downloading massive torrent w/ same default folder, and they shared common file names.

@ this time keep seeding while that torrent has many leechers and has been made freeleech by anonymous ...

@hugmebear If that's the the case then tell your client to move one of the downloads to another folder while downloading, and make sure it doesn't move both downloads to the same location when they are complete.

I was trying to seed but the problems continued. I fixed it eventually. I always continue seeding after I finish.
