Ratio Inaccurate please help.

My stats shows 640gb downloaded when history adds up to to only 220gb. My uploads stands at 374gb. For the past times after I have finally met my upload requirements the downloads suddenly spike by hundreds of GB when I have not downloaded anything of that size in the period.
Current download rights taken and HelpDesk is not following up on my issue at all.

from time to time all upload/download activities are recorded from your stats: [exclude unregistered torrent]

@ianfontinell To quote a reply from helpdesk when I first encountered the issue of download spikes after meeting ratio requirements when I did not download anything:
"You can see your history by click your name on the top right side of the site, then on the rundown options click Details and Stats, scroll down and you will "Show completed torrents"."
At that time I thought I must have made a mistake somewhere misjudging the size of the files I was downloading so I did not do a manual tally. A few weeks back after I met the ratio requirement again the downloads suddenly jumped by over 200gb when I did not download anything near that size, so I went to the completed torrents and added up the total file sizes of the torrents. The total was only ~220gb and not the displayed 640gb. I definitely did not redownload anything because I have never changed the destination paths, nor do I have duplicates anywhere.
It seems that the download amount always spikes after I had reached the previous target ratio.

@john32123666 "upload/download activities are recorded from your stats"
So why is there such a huge disparity of over 400gb between the file size of my completed torrents and the displayed download size? Are the two not supposed to the same?
"make sure that you are not downloading/uploading any [torrent] from any other sites [not to complicate your status] here ..."
I have download some software less than 10GB in size from another site but the spikes in downloads did not occur then, if it does complicate things it would be very strange that something less than 10gb balloons to over 400gb here.

@Apocalon It would be really hard to diagnose issue now that you can't download anything. Have you by any chance shared any .torrent file you've downloaded on GT? Every torrent file comes with a custom tracker containing your user passkey, whenever someone downloads using that file it will be deducted from your ratio.
What I recommend to you is: go to your profile settings and reset your passkey. This will prevent anyone who previously had access to your ID to keep downloading from your account.
After you've done that, try finding content outside of GT and upload your own files, could be compilations or whatever as long as they're not duplicates. That's to save your ratio as quick as possible. Don't download anything, even if it's freeleech. Try this and check your download stats over time to see if there's anything sus happening after the passkey reset.
And note that everything you have currently seeding will no longer work, you'll have to manually download their torrent files again to merge the new tracker.
Honestly I'd just reset my key and start uploading my own stuff, I'd not bother updating trackers for previously downloaded stuff as it's time consuming.

@ianfontinell " It would be really hard to diagnose issue now that you can't download anything."
Is it policy for helpdesk to reset everything to give me a clean slate or am I stuck with this permanently?
"Have you by any chance shared any .torrent file you've downloaded on GT?"
Nope. Never shared anything to anyone.
"What I recommend to you is: go to your profile settings and reset your passkey. This will prevent anyone who previously had access to your ID to keep downloading from your account."
Wait so it is possible my account got hacked?
"Try this and check your download stats over time to see if there's anything sus happening after the passkey reset." This sounds like a lot of trouble to fix something that helpdesk should be able to solve with a few clicks...

There's no reset of anything, in any situation. Either way, it can't be a bug if it only happens on your account. What you need to understand is that YOU need to do something to find out what's happening since it's not a server-side issue.
Wait so it is possible my account got hacked?
That's my guess based on the simptom, either someone has access to your torrent files, or to your account, or there are issues with your torrent client.
All that said, you can either reset your passkey and deal with the headaches of it, knowing this most likely the fastest and safest way to solve the issue. Or you can logout right now and wait 240 days for your account to be deleted for inactivity.
With a ratio bellow 1 you can't even have the luxury of deleting your account, if you don't do anything it'll just be a zombie account that's completely useless.
